At Travel4unme we always do give our best to ensure that all your travel arrangements are satisfactory & delightful under normal conditions, but sometime things which go beyond our control requires you extended co-operation to get rid of it. As an organisation we request users of our pleasure services to go through the following disclaimer policy.
1. Quoted prices may be affected by changes in exchange rates according tax & other related statutory charges may vary.
2. In order to reach remote areas Travel4unme may use scheduled airlines in which the departure or arrival times are subject to change with little or no notice.
3. Travel4unme does not accept liability for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of any service provider caused by any of the following:
- Flight delay
- Flight cancellations
- Lost baggage
- Excess baggage
- Late arrival of baggage
- The cost of stay at a hotel and travel to and from the hotel caused by flight delay will be borne by the customers. (Travel4unme will assist in hotel booking and flight schedule checking under circumstances)
- Baggage will be carried by the next available flight if the current flight carrier does not have enough space capacity on the current flight. (Travel4unme will assist in finding the next available flight and keeping luggage in safety, but cannot assume any responsibility for loss or damage)
4. Travel4unme acts merely as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Please note that all payments made to Travel4unme entirely non-refundable.
5. Since it is impossible to provide the contingences which may arise beyond normal, any of the inconvenience caused due to various uncontrollable situations our organisation will try to the extent possible to solve & provide you the best services in the best possible way available based on the terms & conditions mutually agreed between our organisation & the customer at the time of such contingences.
