Five Days – Fairytale Castles & Romantic Palaces

Day 1 Frankfurt: Arrive Frankfurt Airport, transfer to Heidelberg by road or train. Explore Heidelberg’s picturesque Old Town on a guided sightseeing tour. Take an excursion to Schwetzingen (20 minutes) & nominated as a world heritage site. 

Day 2 Stuttgart: Drive to Stuttgart, explore Stuttgart, New Palace and Old Palace, fine art museums, Germany’s longest pedestrian street followed by an excursion to Ludwigsburg by local train. 

Day 3Meersburg: Continue to Hohenzollern Castle with a guided tour, see the dazzling crown of German Emperor William & the pink-n-white Baroque New Palace. Drive to Meersburg, followed by dinner.
 
Day 4 Freiburg: Visit the Meersburg Castle followed by drive to Freiburg, Germany’s sunniest city. Visit the Minster Cathedral as well as the Augustiner Museum. 

Day 5 Karlsruhe: Drive/rail to Karlrsruhe also known as the `Fan City.’ Visit town museum in the palace, followed a visit to the State Art Gallery. For splendid views, climb to the top of the palace
